Sign up and verify your account

Create an Odobba account in under a minute. Two routes — email or Google — plus what to do if the verification email doesn't arrive.

What this is

You need an Odobba account before anything else. You can sign up two ways: with your email and a password, or with your Google account (one click). Both end up at the same place.

Sign up with email

  1. Go to app.odobba.com/signup.

  2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters).

  3. Click Create account.

  4. We send a verification email. Open it and click the Verify email button.

  5. You're returned to Odobba already signed in. You'll land on the onboarding wizard — see Complete onboarding in 5 minutes to keep going.

Sign up with Google

  1. On the same signup page, click Continue with Google.
  2. Pick the Google account you want to use. We only ask for your name and email — nothing else.
  3. You land directly in the onboarding wizard. No verification email needed.

Use a work email if you have one

Sign up with the email your customers and team use to reach you. Verification, password resets, and lead notifications all go there.

I didn't get the verification email

This happens a few times a month — almost always because the email landed in spam or your provider is slow.

  • Check your spam / junk folder. The sender is no-reply@odobba.com.
  • Wait 2 minutes. Outlook and some corporate inboxes delay messages.
  • Try the resend button. On the verification screen there's a Resend email link — clicking it issues a fresh token (the old one stops working).
  • Add no-reply@odobba.com to your safe-senders list if you're on a strict-filtering domain.

If 10 minutes have passed and nothing's arrived, email support — we can verify you manually.

Common questions

Q: I signed up with email but I'd rather use Google. Can I switch? A: Yes. Log in with email once, go to Settings → Profile, and link your Google account. From then on either works.

Q: I made a typo in my email. What now? A: Email support with the typo'd address and the address you actually want. We'll move the account over.

Q: I share an account with my office manager. Can two people log in? A: Each Odobba account is for one person. If you want a teammate to access the dashboard, invite them as a team member (coming soon — for now email support and we'll add them).
